There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The apartment is elevated ground floor of a two-story building, with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.

It is located in the upper part of Ioulis, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Leon statue.
To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Ioulis, where there is a public parking lot, walk and go down some stairs, about 8 minutes distance or you can park at the bottom of Ioulis and walk up.

No cars are allowed in Ioulida, as it is a protected area with adoring narrow cobbled streets.

Note: For more people it can be rented together with the 1st floor (The Top Steki house).
Please also note: You will need to step down or climb steps to get to the house

The Down Steki House

The apartment has a large living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and a desk, a second bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The house is located on the first floor of a two-storey building, with a large balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view.

It is located in the upper part of Ioulis, just a 10-minute walk from the famous statue of Leo. To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Ioulis, where there is a public parking lot, walk and go down some stairs, about 8 minutes distance or you can park at the bottom of Ioulis and walk up.

No cars are allowed in Ioulida, as it is a protected area with adoring narrow cobbled streets.

Note: For more people the ground floor (The Down Steki House) can be rented together.

The Top Steki House

Inside the apartment there is an elegant white living room with a high ceiling that leads to an open plan fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Τhere are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom, with shower and a hairdryer.

It is located in the middle of Ioulis (Messada), just 5 minutes walk from the main square. The apartment is completely renovated, located on the first floor of a private building and has a courtyard. Outside the front door of the apartment there is an internal courtyard with a sitting/dining area.

No cars are allowed in Ioulida, as it is a protected area with adoring narrow cobbled streets. The property is near to cafes, shops and restaurants, making it ideal for those that want to be close to everything.

Please note: You will need to climb steps to get to the house. You can park at the bottom of Ioulida and then walk up to the main square.

The Elegant White House

The house is located on two levels. The entrance is on the first floor and has a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the same level there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there are stairs leading to the master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom fully equipped with shower, hairdryer and a small service room.

It is located in the upper part of Ioulis just 10 minutes walk from the famous statue of Leon. To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Ioulis, where there is a public parking. Then you need to walk down some stairs, about 7 minutes walking distance.

The Blue And White House

The house has a small table with 2 chairs outside. Inside there is a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped. From the kitchen window there is a sea view and view of town of Ioulida. In the same area there is a w.c, as well as a wooden ladder leading to a bedroom - loft for 2 persons. The internal stairs of the lounge lead to the lower level where there is the master bedroom and an additional fully equipped bathroom with shower and a hairdryer.

It is located in the centre of Ioulis, just a 1-minute walk from the main square.
