The Down Steki House

The Down Steki house is 53m² and can accommodate up to 3 people. The apartment consists of a large living room with a sofa, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The apartment is elevated ground floor of a two-story building, with a balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view. It is located in the upper part of Ioulis, just a 10-minute walk from the famous Leon statue, 1 minute from the famous bar "Leon" and the tavern "To Steki". To get to the house, you can go to the upper part of Ioulis, where there is a public parking lot, walk and go down some stairs, about 8 minutes distance or you can park at the bottom of Ioulis and walk up. No cars are allowed in Ioulida, as it is a protected area with adoring narrow cobbled streets. Note: For more people it can be rented together with the 1st floor (The Top Steki house).
